Hillcrest extra virgin olive oil is made of handpicked olives processed within 24 hours after picking, filtered and stored under a nitrogen blanket in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Oil is kept in bulk tanks and only bottled when required. Hillcrest oil is made up from a blend of mission and frantoio olives picked at different ripeness. Hillcrest olive oil has a medium to delicate fruity flavours and a slight bitter to sweet taste with a peppery sensation. These all contribute to excellent oil.
