The following Terms and conditions comply with:

General Conditions of Sale:

  • Online Orders are transacted in South African Rand
  • We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse to supply goods you order.
  • By clicking the “Place Order” button after selecting your payment method, you are offering to buy the goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions
  • International deliveries or outliers will be quoted for
  • There are no export restrictions, contact Loriane for all export queries: loriane@hillcrestfarm.co.za

Payment:

  • Payment is accepted by all major credit and debit cards
  • hillcrestfarm.co.za uses the payment gateway Paygate and all credit card numbers are encrypted by the latest secure methods and we hold no credit card information on our servers
  • We do not share any consumer information with any 3rd party companies. All products remain the property of Hillcrest Estate until payment has been received in full.
  • All prices include VAT.  We reserve the right to changes the prices.  All goods are subject to availability.  If we do not supply the goods, we will refund any money already paid.  We will not be liable for compensation or damages if we do not supply the goods.
  • The price for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place the order.  We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ price or if due to an error or emission the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect.  We will inform you of the correct price and give you the option to cancel your order.

Delivery Policy:

  • Free delivery for order over R250 to the Cape Peninsular.  Delivery time is 3 working days.
  • R180 per 12 bottle for order to Durban, Port Elizabeth, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, George (includes fuel charges and packaging insurance), pick up is Tuesdays / Thursdays, delivery time is 2 – 5 working days.

** Surcharges (these are not for the free Cape deliveries):

  • Farms / game lodges delivery: R200
  • Retail stores delivery: R250
  • Embassy delivery: R290
  • Special arrangements available if necessary
  • International deliveries or outliers will be quoted for

Return/refund policy:

Due to food tampering, we do not offer returns / refunds.  In the case of faulty products (reasonable time after purchase) or broken products (upon delivery), we must be informed immediately and the product in question will be replaced.
