Here is a lovely thank you letter from a client who's son celebrated his 21st birthday at our restaurant Saturday the 4th February.
Thank you so so very much for everything that you did for us. The party was wonderful beyond words. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The evening was magic, with that glorious view over Cape Town, and the moon, and the music and the food. Heavenly. Everyone enjoyed themselves so much, and I thought that they were incredibly well behaved for a bunch of 21 year olds!! It will be a night that we will all remember for a very long time.
We so enjoyed seeing Neil again and it was great to have a chance to chat to him. I am so glad that he was able to join us. You should be so proud of what you have achieved there at Hillcrest Restaurant. You have a magnificent venue, and the food was absolutely outstanding. And as for the Portal Cake … well…. Words fail me. You are so clever to have replicated that cake so exactly – I am hugely impressed!!
And for me, the most special thing was to be able to have my son’s 21st with you, who have been part of our lives and our family for so many years. You are very special to all of us, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our night such a memorable one.
